Bilbao, Barcelona, and unique landscapes of Northern and Northeastern Spain
This photo journey takes you on a route that begins and ends in Bilbao, a cutting-edge city transformed by an international icon — the Guggenheim Museum, where we will photograph both the interior and exterior. This museum reshaped the city.
We will continue our photographic journey through the northern and northeastern regions of Spain, capturing some of the spectacular and unique seascapes of the Basque coast, such as Barrika Beach and the Hermitage of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe — both major highlights of our trip.
We will explore the mysterious beech forests of both the Basque Country and Navarre, as well as the remarkable landscapes of Huesca, with its natural scenery and majestic medieval castles.
Our journey then takes us to Barcelona, a city open to the Mediterranean, one of the most visited cities in the world, renowned for Gaudí and his modernist architecture — a true inspiration to capture with our cameras. We will spend 2 nights in this wonderful city.
On our way back from Barcelona to Bilbao, we will make a stop in La Rioja, specifically in the wine-producing region, home to some of the world’s finest wines. Here, we will enjoy the vast vineyards framed by striking architectural buildings designed by renowned architects.
We will return to Bilbao at night, rest, and the following day, head back to our places of origin.
