At midday we’ll return to Restaurante Los Pinos to enjoy traditional Andalusian food—local olive oil, game stews, and fresh bread—before taking a short rest.
In the afternoon, we’ll head back to the hide for another four hours of focused observation and photography, waiting for that silent, elegant movement that tells you the lynx is near. -

Lunch and rest again at Los Pinos, followed by our final afternoon session. Often, these last hours bring the most magic: golden light and calm silence where time seems to slow down.
We’ll close the day with dinner, stories, and perhaps a shared sense of awe for what we’ve witnessed.
